  • Log in to this site (https://meet.google.com/) via Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or Safari browser

2. Using Google Meet with Mobile

  • After the download is complete, you will then be asked to sign up using your Gmail email
  • After signing up, you can immediately have group conversations, be it group chat or video conference. It’s easy, just click the (+) icon in the lower right corner and select “New Video Call”
  • Next, you will also be asked to add chat participants using your cellphone number or email. If you want to add a chat participant using a cellphone number, a conference invitation will be sent via SMS. Meanwhile, if you use email, the invitation will go to the email inbox.
  • Wait until all the invited people enter the conference
  • If you are a participant invited by the virtual meeting organizer, you can simply click on the link sent via email or SMS. After that, you will automatically join the video conference.
  • Note that people who are not invited to the conference or who do not have a G Suite account, when they want to join must obtain approval from participants who have joined. This is done to avoid intruders in the meeting being held.
